Woodberries Shot
Drink Woodberries just as you’d normally drink shots

Monkey Mule
A light, refreshing drink
with a low alcohol content (3%)
10 cl Woodberries
30 cl Schweppes Ginger Ale
Ice cubes
Garnish with a slice of orange
The Monkey Mule is a playful take on the classic Mule, where Woodberries add fruitiness, a touch of tartness and a hint of the forest. It pairs perfectly with Schweppes Ginger Ale, which lifts the whole drink with its gentle and lively fizz
Töpfergeist & tonic
Make a TT instead of a GT
Pure. Vibrant. Timeless
Töpfergeist & tonic is a journey spanning almost 200 years, in which the traditional genever takes the place of modern gin. Clear genever meets crisp tonic to create a drink with both depth and lightness
Töpfergeist brings its delicate balance of grain, juniper and soft botanical notes, whilst the tonic enhances the flavour with fresh bitterness and lively bubbles. The result is a pure and refined drink that feels as natural as a summer evening in the last rays of the sun

Dutch Mule
5 cl Töpfergeist
1 cl lime juice
15 cl ginger beer
Ice cubes
Garnish with a slice of lime and mint leaves
If you have Angostura, add a few drops
A fresh classic with a touch of both the Netherlands and Belgium
Inspired by the iconic Moscow Mule – and with its roots firmly planted in the homeland of genever. Whilst the vodka takes a back seat, Töpfergeist comes to the fore with its lightly malty depth and notes of juniper. Combined with fresh lime, ginger beer and ice, the result is a cocktail that is lively, well-rounded and seductively simple
Served ice-cold in a copper mug, the Dutch Mule is a tribute to classic craftsmanship and modern cocktail culture – familiar, yet full of character
A little more sophisticated than the Moscow Mule

The Dutch Courage
3 cl Töpfergeist
3 cl advocaat (egg liqueur)
2 cl lemon juice
9 cl orange juice
Ice cubes
Mix the ingredients and shake well
Serve with a slice of lemon or orange
A glass full of history, warmth and determination
The term ‘Dutch Courage’ originated in the 17th century, when Dutch soldiers drank genever to pluck up courage before battle. Back then, genever was more than just a spirit – it was a symbol of craftsmanship, camaraderie and determination
This cocktail is a modern tribute to that heritage. The malty depth and subtle juniper notes of the genever are complemented by a soft sweetness and fresh citrus, which together create a well-rounded and harmonious balance. Not sharp. Not overpowering
The Dutch Courage is a drink that doesn’t shout – it stands its ground
A reminder that true courage is rarely loud

Töpfer Coffee
When coffee meets genever – and the warmth takes on depth
Pour a little Töpfergeist (1 cl) into your coffee to add cosiness and complexity, especially in winter
Töpferkaffe is made for northern European winter life, where coffee is all about cosiness and taking a break
The coffee experience is a smooth, malty richness with a hint of spicy warmth that rounds off the bitterness and lingers on the palate
Töpferkaffe is simple and unpretentious. A quiet luxury
